Emails being more interactive have proven to be a more effective approach as they allow the company to engage more with the customer. One key element that the target looks out for in emails is whether or not the links direct them to another page. What they want is for all the details to be on the email itself. Another practice companies could use is using emojis to make emails more fun and interactive.
